Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. We plan to add more countries in the future, so stay tuned!

How long is the delivery time for my order?

If you choose standard shipping (default), your order will be delivered within 2-10 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

How much should I pay for shipping?

LAZIOBOX is proud to offer Free Shipping On Order Over $39, shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied to orders under $39.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong item?

For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please contact us and we will provide you with free return or refund.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

We cover the shipping cost for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. For other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
