Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Malaysia. We plan to add more countries in the future, so stay tuned!

How long is the delivery time for my order?

If you choose standard shipping (default), your order will be delivered within 3-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

How much should I pay for shipping?

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong item?

For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please contact us and we will provide you with free return or refund.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived damaged, defective or wrong item shipped. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does LAZIO reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Shipping costs for orders outside of US are always the responsibility of the customer.
