Refund and Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please send a photo of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will offer a free return or full refund.

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for any reason (unless otherwise specified on the product page).

Returned items for exchange or refund must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags, booklets, and labels intact. Items should not be worn, altered, or damaged. For returns not in original condition (unless due to our error), a restocking fee may apply.

Returned or exchanged items must reach us within 7 calendar days of the return/exchange notification.

Who covers the return/exchange shipping cost?

We cover the shipping cost for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. For other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 calendar days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for the transaction to reflect in your account.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it by using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. For cancellations after 30 minutes, please email us at contact@lazio139139@gmail.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. 

Return & Exchange without a receipt or order number

If you do not have a receipt or order number, we will try to verify your purchase using your email or shipping address. If we cannot verify the purchase, we cannot process a return or exchange.
