Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Damaged/defective/incorrect items: Please email us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a free return label or issue a full refund.
Change of mind: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
No restocking fees will be charged.
Return Conditions
Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging (including tags, booklets, and labels).
Items worn, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected. Please follow the steps below to obtain approval before sending items back.
How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)
Submit a request: Email contact@laziobox.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if applicable.
Get approval (RMA): We will review within 1–3 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RMA), the correct return address, and a prepaid label if your case qualifies. Do not ship to the original shipping address or our HQ without approval.
Pack & ship: After approval, ship the item within 7 calendar days. Use trackable shipping and keep the receipt. We will notify you once the return is received and inspected.
Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?
We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
For all other returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow extra time for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please follow the same process and indicate “Exchange” in your email. We will ship the replacement after receiving the return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase via the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
After 30 minutes, please contact contact@laziobox.com. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns Without Receipt or Order Number
If you do not have the order number, we will attempt to verify the purchase using your email or shipping address. If the purchase cannot be verified, we cannot process the return or exchange.
Return Address
Please note: Do not send returns to the original shipping address or company headquarters. The correct return warehouse address will be provided in the approval email after your request is submitted.
