Free Shipping on Orders Over $39
Lazio Box offers free standard shipping for all orders over $39. A flat shipping fee of $5.99 will apply to orders under $39.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (no more than 4 days), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• United States: Standard 6–10 business days, Express 3–5 business days

• Canada & Australia: Standard 7–12 business days, Express 4–6 business days

• Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain): Standard 7–12 business days, Express 4–6 business days

• Other Countries/Regions: Standard 10–15 business days, Express 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs clearance.

Shipping Fee

• Orders over $39: Free standard shipping

• Orders under $39: Flat $5.99 (applies to US, Canada, Australia, and Europe)

• For other countries, exact shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking Orders
All orders will be provided with a tracking number after dispatch. Customers will receive the tracking code via email and may check their shipping status online.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Philippines, Mexico, Malaysia, and other selected regions.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote regions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase using the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

• After 30 minutes, please email contact@laziobox.com with your order details. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed.

• Group sale orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

• Refunds for canceled orders will be issued within 10 business days.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package may be returned or discarded by the carrier. In such cases, refunds or reshipments will not be provided. Please email us immediately if you notice an address error.
